Production
After the process of complete warp-preparation for warp knitting and sizing, the goods goes to the weaving preparation.
Continuous control on modern power weaving looms therefore the process to avoid weaving faults. The next step is to forward the fabrics to the dye factory. At first our laboratory make tests and check the results with the custom made draw version to setup the colours setting on the dye system. After the dye, the laboratory checks the quality again. The quality control from the first, till the last one is our cloth inspection to find faults.
The process finished with packaging the fabrics and pass down to the logistic Centrum for the transport to the customer.
