The procurement of the raw materials, is our first focus the quality. We get our raw material from chosen and world known supplier, with guaranteed high quality.
After the process of complete warp-preparation for warp knitting and sizing, the goods goes to the weaving preparation. Continuous control on modern power weaving looms, therefore the process to avoid weaving faults. The next step is to forward the fabrics to the dye factory. At first our laboratory make tests and check the results with custom made draw version to setup the colours setting on the dye system. After the dye, internal and external laboratories check the quality again.
The quality control from the first, till the last one is our cloth inspection to find faults. The process finished with packaging the fabrics and pass down to the logistic Centrum for the transport to the customer.
