Altinsu News:
1. „Ever`Viscon“
The new mixed-yarn proprietary linen of the Altinsu company for universal use, produced of an intimate mixture (yarn mixture) of viscose and polyester filament yarns. The mixed yarns are manufactured in a direct-thread mixed process. This process creates an even more ideal mixture of the fibre filaments of the viscose and the polyester fibres. This procedure has a positive effect on the optical and textile-technical features of the mixed-yarn fabric. The new manufacturing process of mixed yarn also captivates by its considerably lower energy consumption, as in contrast to previous mixed processes only one single work progress is required.
The advantages of these mixed-yarn fabrics either as lining or as upper material (cloth) as also as semi-technical fabrics (e.g. for cleaning room clothing) are the 100 per cent washability up to 60 degrees Celsius, the possibility of tumblering, the high textile-technical strenghts, a remarkable low pilling reaction and the extraordinarily good scrubbling strengths up to 40,000 scrubbling revolutions (revs). Owing to the appliation of a viscose-filament-yarn share of 72 per cent these mixed-yarn fabrics also possess excellent clothing-physiological properties, which is caused by the high swelling (pouring)- and water-preventing ability of the viscose. In addition, the viscose is able to absorb moisture up to 180 per cent of its own weight, to store and to emit this to the environment at a later time.
2. Jacquard-fabrics based on „Ever`Viscon“
The same advantages of fabrics as mentioned above (first paragraph) in combination with all possible jacquard patterns either as self-coloured or as blend colouring.
3. Sati taffeta
Taffeta-binding fabrics on high-thread (satin thread numbers with more than 80 threads/cm) polyester or viscose warps (chains) also as jacquard-fabrics with high weft (woof) densities.
4. Permanently antistatic and antibacterial washable lining cloths
Lining cloth of construction mixtures of polyester warp yarns with carbon thread shares and viscose weft (woof) yarns with silver yarn shares (parts). Since these fabrics consist of carbon and silver parts incorporated into the yarn these effects can be qualified as permanent in contrast to an chemical fabric equipment. Moreover, due to the applied polyester micro-fibres and the high construction density these fabrics are also able to prevent allergies and mites, having a high breathing activity, though. Thanks to the viscose parts (48 per cent) as also the polyester micro-fibre parts (50 per cent) this article
possesses excellent clothing-physiological qualities.
5. Wellness fabrics with 2 weight percentage and more silver parts
These fabrics either as lining cloths or as semi-technical fabrics (e.g. special bed linen), both are very kind to the skin and are also considered as easing in case of neurodermitis thanks to the high percentage of silver parts incorporated.
